We are excited to announce the opening of our first Idaho location in Meridian on Eagle Road. The new restaurant is owned and operated by Gem State Pies, which is slated to open five locations throughout Treasure Valley.  Multi-unit operators and entrepreneurs Boris and Laurie Ilic and Travis and Alyssa Trask are adding Mountain Mike’s Pizza to their portfolio that includes a dozen Jersey Mike’s locations across multiple states.

The 2,500-square-foot Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Meridian features a welcoming atmosphere that pays tribute to the adventurous spirit within us all. With big-screen televisions throughout the restaurant, and a kids’ area with arcade games, the newest Mountain Mike’s is an ideal location for sports fans, team parties, family gatherings and group fundraising events.
